Samuel Terrazzino, LUTCF®, CFP®, MSM®

Samuel Terrazzino is a seasoned financial services executive with more than three decades of industry experience, having begun his career in 1994. After two years as a financial advisor, Sam transitioned into sales management, marking the start of a 30-year leadership career defined by firm growth, talent development, and strategic expansion.

Sam advanced quickly through leadership roles, earning promotion from Sales Manager to Assistant General Agent before becoming a General Agent in 2007 with New England Financial. In 2013, he assumed leadership of the consolidated MetLife and New England Financial channel, where he delivered three consecutive years of double-digit growth.

Following MetLife’s sale of its field force to MassMutual in 2016, Sam founded Financial Partners of Upstate New York, establishing a strong regional presence spanning Buffalo to Syracuse. In 2022, Financial Partners of Upstate New York merged with MassMutual New York State, creating the largest financial advisory firm in the Upstate region. After three additional years of significant growth, Sam made the strategic decision to launch his own boutique firm within the same geographic footprint.

Sam is the founder of Odyssey Financial Group, a firm focused on comprehensive wealth management and risk mitigation. Odyssey Financial Group delivers a true “one-stop shop” experience by integrating investment advisory services with insurance solutions, property and casualty coverage, Medicare planning, and tax strategies.

Sam resides in Pendleton, New York, with his wife, Kristine, and their three dogs. He is the proud father of three children—Sam Jr., Victoria, and Jasper. His daughter, Victoria, has joined the financial services industry, continuing the family legacy by following in Sam’s footsteps.
